Hilda Calcanas

Senior Legal Assistant

Hilda Calcanas was born in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 2003. She attended El Centro Community College in 2004 and obtained a paralegal certificate. Mrs. Calcanas has over 10 year of experience in the immigration field; she joined the Paul A. Esquivel team since 2010. Her focus in the firm is in the Deportation section. With her experience and her great enthusiasm to help others, she has been a great asset to the firm. 

Mary E. Aleman

Senior Legal Assistant

Mary E. Aleman was born in Chihuahua, Mexico; she came to the United States at the age of 8. Mrs. Aleman has been part of the Paul A. Esquivel team since April 2006. Mary enjoys working in the immigration field because as an immigrant herself, she knows how difficult the immigration process may be. She enjoys assisting others achieve their immigration goals and helping families reunite.

Norma E. Mendoza

Legal Assistant

Norma Mendoza was born in Dallas, Texas. She has been part of the Paul A. Esquivel team since 2007. Ms. Mendoza has been a great part of the firm, she is a very dedicatd employee who puts others before her.  She is currently in school to obtain her Batchelors in Criminal Justice. Her goal is to become an Attorney to help other.

Nancy Ansari, LL.M  LL.B

Nancy Ansari was born in Caracas, Venezuela where she  earned her Paralegal Cetificate and attended the University of Santa Maria and earned an Attorney at Law degree. After earning her law degree, later she moved to the United States to pursue her interests in the law. She attended the University of Saint Thomas obtianing her Masters in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Political Science and Legal Studies and obtained her MLA in 1999. Later she attended Southern Methodist University,and obtained her LL.M; Her practice description includes extensive experience and training in the representation of immigrants, health care workers and international investors in acquiring immigration benefits according to the respective immigration laws and regulations, including international negotiations and transactions.

 

Rocio Avila

Executive Assistant & Legal Assistant

Rocio Avila was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She came to the United States at a very young age. She graduated from Trinidad Garza Early College High School in 2010. She attented UNT Dallas 2012 and obtained her Batchlers of Science and Criminal Justice. Ms. Avila became part of the Paul A. Esquivel team in the end of 2013. She is the Exective Assitant to the firm as well as a Legal Assistant.
