Paul A. Esquivel

Paul A. Esquivel was born in San Antonio Texas and was raised by his immigrant grandmother, who was an immigrant for over 60 years. He saw at firsthand how immigant families were overlooked by the law; and wanted to provide affordable services at a high level. Mr. Esquivel put himself through school to achieve his goals to become an attorney. He received his Juris Doctor from Souther Methodist University in 1995 and graduated from the University of London in which he received his Masters in International Law. Mr. Esquivel started to work in the corporate worls and shortly after he established his own practive in 1998. Ever since then Mr. Esquivel has dedicated himself to help immigrant society in any way possible.
Juan Carlos Peñaflor

Juan Carlos Peñaflor was born in Guanajuato, Mexico but immigrated to the United States through his father as a child. Mr. Peñaflor has always excelled academically. In High School he graduated in the top 1% of his class and later graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management with a concentration in Spanish. Juan Carlos has always had a very deep-seated sence of justive and a fervent desire to help those in need. Consequently, after obtaining his Bachelo'rs Degree he decided to go to Law School. Juan Carlos received this Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2007 (formerly Texas Wesleyan university School of Law) and became licensed to practice Law by the Texas Supreme Courts shortly thereafter. Today, Juan Carlos practices immigration law as the voice of those who are often ignored and there is nothing in this world that he would rather do.
Carla Lynn Toney

Carla Lynn Toney was born in Midland, Texas. Mrs. Toney graduated from Robert E. Lee High School, with Honors in 1992 in Midland, Texas. Mr. Toney participated in an exchange program in which she lived in Veracruz for a couple of yeards. Later she attended Southern Methodist University and received Bachelor's Degree in History with a Minor in Spanish. In 2005 Mrs. Toney, attended the University of Miami, School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. She now is a member of the Paul A. Esquivel, in she privedes her knowledge and focus to help the immigrant community
